(TSXV: WAGR) ("Champion Gaming" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has granted an aggregate of 3,140,000 restricted share units ("RSUs") to certain officers, employees and consultants of the Company under the terms of the Company's omnibus equity incentive compensation plan (the "Plan"), vesting one the date that is twelve (12) months from the date of grant. Each RSU entitles the holder to acquire one common share of the Company by delivering an exercise notice in accordance with the Plan. The RSU grant follows the guidelines of the Plan and are subject to approval by the TSX Venture Exchange.
