DJ Key Energy Names New Finance Chief

Key Energy Services Inc. has named Nelson Haight as its chief financial officer and treasurer, effective Monday.
Mr. Haight will take over the roles from Marshall Dodson, who has served as the company's interim CFO and treasurer. Mr. Dodson will no longer have those duties, effectively immediately, the company said. Mr. Dodson, who also is Key Energy's president and chief executive officer, will continue in those roles.
Mr. Haight will be responsible for overseeing and managing the company's finance, accounting, investor relations and technology functions.
He previously served as a finance and accounting-services consultant for the energy industry. Most recently, he was the interim finance chief of a privately held environmental-commodities firm. He has held CFO roles at Castleton Resources LLC and Midstates Petroleum Co.
