("Myriad"), which summarizes Myriad's review of a large number of recently located historical records surrounding the Copper Mountain Uranium Project ("Copper Mountain"), which is the subject of a recently announced option/earn-in agreement (the "Option Agreement") between the two parties (see Rush announcement dated October 20,2023).

Under the Option Agreement Myriad can earn a 50% interest in the project by spending $1.5m exploring Copper Mountain, and 75% by spending a total of $5.5m, with Myriad shares and other incentives triggered for Rush at certain progress thresholds.
