Pecca Group Bhd has reported that the initial purchase order from Aero Cabin Solutions SAS (ACS) is currently in progress, encompassing material testing and production activities that are adhering to the outlined schedule.
The company emphasised that this purchase order serves as a practical production case study, ensuring adherence to EASA regulations before finalizing definitive agreements with ACS.
The Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between Pecca Group, Pecca Aviation Services Sdn Bhd, and ACS, established in July 2023, outlines plans for a comprehensive aircraft solution center in Malaysia.
This center aims to serve the Asia Pacific market by supplying upholstery seat covers and managing aircraft interiors with EASA-approved capabilities.
The collaboration strategically leverages PASSB's expertise in upholstery production with ACS's extensive experience in maintaining, reconfiguring, and refurbishing aircraft interiors.
With over 20 years of industry experience, ACS operates from a 7,000-square-foot headquarters at Montpellier Airport in France.
