Kumpulan Kitacon Bhd's subsidiary has formally accepted a letter of award (LOA) from Worldwide Holdings Bhd to build 182 units of two-storey terrace houses and a unit of a power substation, valued at RM65.43 million, at Selangor Cyber Valley in Bukit Baja, Selangor.
Kitacon Sdn Bhd will undertake the main building works starting Feb 19, to be completed within 18 months.
The construction company's share price remained unchanged at 60 sen today, giving it a market capitalisation of RM300 million.
