MyTech Group Bhd is planning a private placement to raise RM9.17 million for working capital in its moneylending business.
The proposed placement involves issuing up to 22.37 million new shares, representing not more than 10% of its total issued shares.
MIDF Amanah Investment Bank Berhad has been appointed as the principal adviser and placement agent for the proposed placement.
It is expected to be completed by the third quarter of 2024, subject to all required approvals.
