EITA Resources Bhd's subsidiary, TransSystem Continental Sdn Bhd (TSC), has clinched a RM47.9 million contract from Tenaga Nasional Bhd (TNB).
The contract, dated March 8, 2024, pertains to the establishment of PMU 132/33kV Ayer Puteh substation in Perak.
The contract entails various responsibilities for TSC, including the supply, erection, testing, and commissioning of a new 132kV conventional outdoor transmission substation.
Additionally, TSC will handle civil works, transmission lines, and remote ends relay retrofits.
Commencing from March 8, 2024, the contract spans a duration of 730 days for completion.
The contract is anticipated to positively contribute to EITA group's earnings throughout its duration.
