GRPN gained 11.4% to change hands at $11.70 shortly before 5:30 p.m. ET after the company reported $0.06 in adjusted earnings per share, which beat analysts' $0.05 consensus estimate by 20%.
The company also reported $123.1 million in Q1 sales, exceeding analysts' $117.5 million consensus forecast by 4.8%.
