("AmmPower") (CSE: AMMP) during the period March 20, 2024 to May 13, 2024, which has resulted in Aberdeen's ownership being reduced by 19.7%. As of the date hereof, Aberdeen holds 21,217,925 common shares of AmmPower, representing 13.17% of the issued and outstanding shares of Ammpower.
