Accenture Plc (NYSE:ACN) shares are trading slightly lower on Wednesday.

Accenture Song, the tech-driven unit of the tech behemoth, has secured the role of global creative and content agency of record for Randstad NV (OTC:RANJY).

Accenture Song's role in Randstad's marketing transformation involves repositioning the brand, establishing a content capability, and ensuring consistency in local and global marketing tailored to hiring needs.

"By bringing human creativity and AI together in completely new ways, Randstad will be strongly positioned to deliver relevance for talented professionals looking for a clear path to their career future, wherever they are in the world," said Joy Bhattacharya, managing director, Accenture Song.

They'll develop a generative AI-powered creative content studio utilizing tools like Adobe Inc. (NASDAQ:ADBE) Adobe Firefly for impactful, on-brand content creation.

"Accenture Song's offering will provide us with new, engaging ways to connect amazing talent with great employers and we're confident that the team's creativity and unparalleled generative AI expertise will help us to achieve greater relevancy among our target audiences," said Miriam van der Heijden, chief marketing officer, Randstad.

Earlier this month, Accenture agreed to acquire Partners in Performance, a consulting firm that works on business performance improvement in asset-intensive industries by leveraging data and AI capabilities.

Partners in Performance will enhance Accenture's services for clients across various sectors, including metals and mining, oil and gas, utilities, and chemicals.

The company also recently said it has agreed to acquire OPENSTREAM HOLDINGS and its subsidiaries, Open Stream and Neutral, in Japan. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Price Action: ACN shares are trading lower by 0.99% to $294.99 at last check Wednesday.
