(NASDAQ:SYTA)(NASDAQ:SYTAW) ("Siyata" or the "Company"), a global developer and vendor of Push-to-Talk over Cellular (PoC) handsets and accessories,announces the pricing of its public offering of approx. $6 million of common shares, and/or pre-funded warrants to purchase common shares at a public offering price of $0.58 per share (minus $0.01 per pre-funded warrant). The Company intends to use the proceeds of the offering for working capital, general corporate purposes, payments to a third-party marketing agency for services related to marketing and advertising, strategic investments, and any additional future acquisition (if any).

The offering is expected to close on June 28, 2024, subject to customary closing conditions.
