Econpile Holdings Berhad's wholly-owned subsidiary, Econpile (M) Sdn Bhd received a Letter of Award from SNA Consult Sdn Bhd for and on behalf of Modern Plus Sdn Bhd to undertake the earthworks, piling and sub-structure works for a proposed block of 4a0- storey condominium building.
The award comprised of 244 units with nine (9) levels of podium carpark and one (1) level of basement at Jalan Kiara 5, Kuala Lumpur for a total contract sum of RM26,500,000.00.
In a bursa listing today, the company said the project shall be completed within 15 months from 9 July 2024.
The Project is expected to contribute positively to the revenue and earnings of the Company from the financial year ending 30 June 2025 onwards.
