MUI Properties announces that West Synergy Sdn Bhd a 60%-owned subsidiary of Peristal Enterprise Sdn Bhd, which in turn is a wholly-owned subsidiary had entered into a sale and purchase agreement with Antmed Malaysia Sdn Bhd for the disposal of 53 acres out of 79 acres of the land located in Bandar Springhill.
The Negeri Sembilan land will scheduled to be sold for a cash consideration of RM80.8 million, the group also noted that Bandar Springhill is a prime township project undertaken by the vendor.
MUI said the proposed disposal aims to develop Bandar Springhill, a prime township project with a eading medical hub by leveraging Antmed's expertise and resources. It noted that Antmed's presence could attract other healthcare-related investments, creating a robust ecosystem.
The long-term vision is to establish Bandar Springhill as a leading medical hub by partnering with a capable entity to drive significant growth and development in the healthcare sector.
