Dataprep Holdings has announced the appointment of three new board of directors with immediate effect, they will be holding the position as independent directors.
Mohd Shariman Mohd Sidek was the regional director of International Data Center Authority (IDCA), USA,he is also the Independent non-executive director of Betamek Berhad -Director of AIFFA (ASEAN International Film Festival & Awards). Prior to that he was the Resident Consultant at Macroworks PMC -1999- founded and became CEO of VtoV.com Inc, a digital media and technology company in California, USA -CEO of MSA Resources, a digital infrastructure group.
Puan Hmsiah Khalid was the independent non-executive director of Homeritz Corporation Berhad in 2001 before that she was the Internal Auditor, Progressive Impact Corporation Berhad and transferred to Foxboro (M) Sdn Bhd, Accounts Manager. She was lalso the Group Chief Financial Officer Zaiyadal Keluarga Sdn Bhd and currently Group Chief Financial Officer, Progressive Impact Corporation Berhad.
Che Khalid Embong is currenntly the Associate Director at Widuri Capital Advisors Sdn. Bhd, prior to that he was the Head, SHAPE Program (People Transformation) for Downstream Business – Sime Darby Oil Sdn. Bhd. Head, Nutrition Unit, Sime Food and Beverages Sdn. Bhd. and various positions in Sima Darby Plantation.
