Ewein name change to Skygate Solutions Berhad will take effect from 9 am Friday 19 July as such the company's shares will be traded and quoted under the new name.
The stock short name will be changed accordingly from Ewein to Skygate howevee the stock code remains unchanged.
The company said the proposed name "Skygate Solutions Berhad" was approved by the Companies Commission of Malaysia and the reservation for the use of has now been extended to 27 July 2024. However, it noted the proposed change of name is subject to the approval of the company's shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting.
