Econframe Berhad informed that its Executive Director Khoo Soon Beng has decided to step down from his post with immediate effect after holding the position since 2020.
He who cited personal reasons holds a direct interest of 694,965 ordinary shares in Econframe Berhad and direct interest of 347,482 warrants in the group.
Khoo has been with the company close to 2 decades and was the company's national sales head before assuming his role on the board. Additionally, he was the founder of Econframe Pre-Hung Doors Sdn. Bhd. established in 2010.
He was also the Director at Joypac Sdn from 2006 to 2017 and a Production Controller at Forenede Plast (Malaysia) Sdn.
from 1994 to 2002.
