Skyworth Group Insider Transactions Over The Last Year

Notably, that recent purchase by CEO & Executive Director Chi Shi was not the only time they bought Skyworth Group shares this year. Earlier in the year, they paid HK$2.88 per share in a HK$6.3m purchase. That means that an insider was happy to buy shares at above the current price of HK$2.85. Their view may have changed since then, but at least it shows they felt optimistic at the time. We always take careful note of the price insiders pay when purchasing shares.
