Advancecon has confirmed the appointment of Tan Chee Keong as the group's Executive Director and Group CFO with immediate effect.
He is a chartered certified accountant (UK) by profession. He has more than 23 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, private equity, M&As, treasury, accounting and consulting with leading investment banks, conglomerates and consulting firms in South East Asia. His notable achievements include execution of multi-billion US$ refinancing package for Malaysia largest telco, multi-billion US$ privatisation of some of the largest power and gaming, pay-TV and satellite public listed companies as well as IPOs of some of the largest telco and pay-TV companies in South East Asia.
Tan also serves as Independent Non-Executive Director and Audit Committee Chairman of ACME Holdings Berhad, a property developer listed on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.
