We note that hedge funds don't have a meaningful investment in Alpha Group. Dongqing Cai is currently the largest shareholder, with 34% of shares outstanding. In comparison, the second and third largest shareholders hold about 7.4% and 1.1% of the stock. Xiao Dong Cai, who is the second-largest shareholder, also happens to hold the title of Chief Executive Officer.

After doing some more digging, we found that the top 23 have the combined ownership of 50% in the company, suggesting that no single shareholder has significant control over the company.
