Ecobuilt has informed that the trading in the company's shares will be suspended with effect from 9.00 a.m., Friday, 9 August 2024 in view of the winding up petition filed on the company.
Earlier this week, the company announced that it was served with a winding up petition by the High Court, however at the same time it had submitted a stay application for the winding-up proceedings but was dismissed by the High Court and a winding-up order was made against the Company.
The winding-up order was granted on 24 July 2024 and that no sealed winding-up order has been served to the company yet. However, the official receiver is the liquidator appointed by the Court.
