UEM Edgenta has confirmed tha ppointment of Ahmad Fazril as the group's new chief financial officer effective immediatly.
He brings over 17 years of experience in finance, accounting, internal audit, risk management, and human resources. He joins UEM Edgenta Berhad from Boustead Heavy Industries Corporation Berhad, where he served as Chief Financial Officer.
Previously, he was the Head of Group Internal Audit, Risk Management, and Integrity & Governance at Boustead Holdings Berhad, and he has held several other roles within finance and accounting throughout his career with Boustead Holdings Berhad.
