Kumpulan Kitacon Berhad has accepted a Letter of Award from Sime Darby Property (Bukit Raja) Sdn. Bhd. for Main Building Works for a total contract sum of RM111.23 million.
The job entals Kitacon to develop and build 27 units of detached factories with 2-storey office (167' x 261', Type A1), 1 unit of detached factory with 2-storey office (193' x 261', Type A2) and 2 units of TNB Substations including infrastructure and other associated works in Bandar Bukit Raja III.
The contract will commence on 2 September 2024 and is to be completed within 23 months from the commencement date.
The group believes the contract will not have any effect on the share capital and shareholding structure. The Contract, however, is expected to contribute positively to the earnings and net assets per share for the financial years ending 31 December 2024 onwards until the expiry of the Contract.
