Varia's wholly-owned subsidiary said it has accepted a Letter of Award from Kemuncak Pesaka Sdn Bhd for construction and building at a public university.
The total sum of the contract it added was RM61 million for a period of 31 months from the date of commencement on 19 August 2024 until the date of completion on 31 March 2027.
Varia said the contract is expected to contribute positively to the earnings for the relevant financial periods within the duration of the Contract. The contract it said will not have any effect on the share capital and shareholding structure of Varia.
