Honeywell Appoints Nigel Brockett As President Of Asia Pacific

Honeywell (NASDAQ: HON) has announced the appointment of Nigel Brockett as President of Asia Pacific, effective immediately. Based in Kuala Lumpur, Brockett will oversee a crucial region for Honeywell that includes Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, the Philippines, Japan, Korea, Australia, and New Zealand.

In his new role, Brockett will focus on capitalizing on key megatrends such as automation, the future of aviation, and energy transition. He aims to drive sales enablement, develop the company's regional talent pipeline, and engage with key customers to enhance their industrial operations and accelerate growth using Honeywell's portfolio of connected technologies.

Anant Maheshwari, President and CEO of Global High Growth Regions at Honeywell, remarked, "The Asia Pacific region presents an important growth opportunity for Honeywell due to its geographic diversity, tech-oriented talent pool, and leadership in innovation. Nigel's extensive experience and deep understanding of this dynamic region will be essential for our next chapter of growth."

Brockett has been with Honeywell for over 20 years, holding various senior leadership positions in the Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) and Asia Pacific regions. Most recently, he served as Vice President of Sales EMEA for Honeywell Process Solutions, where he ensured customers in the region could utilize Honeywell's process automation technologies to enhance productivity and efficiency. Prior to joining Honeywell, he was the general manager for Asia at a leading Engineering, Procurement, and Construction firm.
