Tuju Setia Berhad has secured a RM248.0 million contract from Sime Darby Property Berhad to serve as the main contractor for the Hype Residences in Subang Jaya.
Hype Residences is part of Sime Darby Property's 34.6-acre SJ7 masterplan development in USJ, Subang Jaya, Selangor. The SJ7 masterplan, with an estimated gross development value of RM4 billion, is the largest freehold integrated Transit Oriented Development in USJ, encompassing retail, office and residential components.
Construction of Hype Residences, situated on a 4.32-acre site within the masterplan, is expected to commence on 22 August 2024, with a targeted completion timeframe of 33 months. Tuju Setia's wholly-owned subsidiary, Pembinaan Tuju Setia Sdn Bhd, received the Letter of Award from Sime Darby Property (SJ7) Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of Sime Darby Property.
