Keppel Pacific Oak US REIT has appointed Lawrence David Sperling as new chairman of the audit and risk committee, effective 23 August.
Sperling is currently an independent director, chairman of the environmental, social, and governance committee, and a member of the audit and risk committee at Keppel Pacific Oak US REIT. He holds 475,745 units at the REIT.
He also founded Meadpoint, a property investment company in Singapore.
Sperling is a juris doctor and holds master of business administration degrees from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He is also a licensed attorney at The North Carolina State Bar.
