As of now, the company has repurchased a cumulative total of 12,829,901 shares, accounting for 0.329301% of the total share capital of the company. The total amount of repurchases reached approximately 72,600,635.07 yuan, and the actual repurchase price range is between 5.16 yuan/share and 6.13 yuan/share.
In the repurchase operation in August 2024, Yu Garden shares repurchased 1.63 million shares, accounting for 0.041837% of the total share capital of the company. The highest repurchase price was 5.28 yuan/share, the lowest repurchase price was 5.19 yuan/share, and the payment amount was 8,547,500 yuan (excluding transaction costs).
Yu Garden shares stated that the company will continue to make repurchase decisions and implement them in a timely manner based on market conditions, and will fulfill its information disclosure obligations.
