Kerjaya Prospek and Aspen Vision City the parties involved in the proposed development of a piece of land in Batu Kawan have informed today that they have asked for extension of time to finalise the agreement.
According to a Bursa filing, the group said the time is required for the transfer of land from Penang Development Corporation consenting for the land transfer to AVC.
The parties have announced that they have mutually agreed to extend the Unconditional Date until 6 December 2024 to allow more time for the Parties to fulfill the conditions precedent pursuant to the JVA.
