Kaminski has served as Reliance's independent, non-executive Chairman since July 2016. Kaminski will continue to serve as a member of the Company's Board of Directors.
On October 1, 2024, the Board of Directors unanimously appointed Douglas W. Stotlar as Reliance's independent, non-executive Chairman of the Board effective January 1, 2025. Stotlar has served on Reliance's Board of Directors since October 2016.
