Kumpulan Kitacon Berhad announces that its wholly owned subsidiary company, Kitacon Sdn. Bhd. has accepted a Letter of Award from S P Setia Eco-Projects Management Sdn. Bhd. for Main Building Works for a total contract sum of RM64.05 million.
The proposed construction and completion involves 130 units of double storey semi-detached house (Arundina), 110 units Type A (32' x 75'), 10 units Type B (32' x 75'), 10 units Type C (38' x 70') and 1 unit of TNB substation at Setia Alam, Seksyen U13.
The contract is to commence in November 2024 and is to be completed within Twenty Seven months from the commencement date.
The group believes the contract does not have any effect on the share capital and shareholding structure of Kitacon Berhad.
