Bahvest Resources Berhad has announced that it has entered into an exclusive prospecting contract with Aurelius Borneo Mining Sdn. Bhd. for prospecting, exploration and gold mining at Mt. Andrassy in Tawau, Sabah, for approximately 18,000 hectares.
Aurelius's principal activity in in mining gold shareholders in the company include Datuk Lee Vui Han @ Anthony Lee Vui Han and Soo Kan Hung @ Soo Chin Yau, both parties agreed that the profits from any future potential gold mined would
be shared—70% and 30% for Aurelius.
Bahvest said the agreement is not expected to have any material effect on the earnings per share, net assets per share and gearing of the group for the financial year ending 30September 2025.
