Kerjaya Prospek Group Bhd's wholly owned subsidiary, Kerjaya Prospek (M) Sdn Bhd, has accepted two letters of award from Pixel Valley Sdn Bhd (PVSB) and Greencove Sdn Bhd (GSB) with a total contract value of RM34.4 million.
The first contract, valued at RM16 million, involves piling and pile caps works for a proposed development at Batu Kawan, Penang. The second contract, worth RM18.4 million, pertains to site clearance, earthworks, piling and related structural works for a proposed development at Damansara Damai, Selangor.
Both projects, scheduled to commence on Nov 5, 2024, are expected to be completed within 18 months.
Both PVSB and GSB are wholly owned subsidiaries of Kerjaya Prospek Property Bhd.
Kerjaya Prospek Group Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director Tee Eng Tiong said with a total of 10 contracts secured year-to-date, amounting to RM1.6 billion, the outstanding orderbook for the group is amounted to RM4.5 billion.
