Microlink Solutions Berhad announce that wholly-owned subsidiary had accepted a letter of award from the Home Ministry to develop the Advanced Passenger Screening system for RM 83 million.
The project is under the Immigration Department and will include for the development of the system, supply, test, and maintain it from November 2024 to 2026.
The firm said the project is subject to a formal agreement to be entered into between KDN and MSSB. Microlink said the project will also have no effect on the issued share capital and substantial shareholders' shareholdings of the Company. The Project is expected to contribute positively to the revenue, earnings per share and net assets per share of MSB Group and is not expected to have a material effect on the gearing of MSB Group for the financial year ending 31 March 2025.
The Company does not foresee any exceptional risk other than operational risk associated with the Project during the Project period.
