CTOS Digital Berhad reports its 3Q 2024 hitting a record revenue of RM79.8 million, representing a 20% year-on-year (YoY) increase. The International, Direct-to-Consumer and Commercial business segments registered growth, boosting overall group performance.
The Group's associate companies continued to gain traction, with the share of profit from associates reaching RM10.9 million for the quarter, marking a 30% YoY surge. With higher revenue and contribution from associates, profit after tax and minority
interests (PATAMI) for 3Q 2024 rose to RM27.6 million, rising 13% compared to RM24.4 million in the same quarter last year.
For the first nine months ended 30 September 2024 (9M 2024), revenue increased by 21% to RM228.0 million, while PATAMI grew 19% to RM73.9 million versus RM62.1 million in 9M 2023. Performance in 9M 2024 was driven by broad-based
growth across all business segments.
CTOS Digital's Executive Director and Group Chief Executive Officer, Erick Hamburger, said: "I am pleased with the continued momentum of our business, marked by our highest ever quarterly revenue. We see abundant opportunities ahead as we continue implementing strategies to deepen customer penetration and enhance ARPU across all segments. Our associate has also delivered strong results in 3Q 2024, with further promising developments in the pipeline.
The group's international business in Indonesia and the Philippines, continues progressing well and has achieved five consecutive quarters of growth since acquisition.
CTOS Digital declared a third interim single-tier dividend of 0.84 sen per ordinary share in respect of the three-month period ended 30 September 2024, which will be paid on 17 January 2025. The total dividend payout to date for 9M 2024 amounts to RM52.2 million, representing a payout ratio of 71% and the the total payout quantum is 39% above the payout quantum for 9M 2023.
