Mudajaya Berhad announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary has accepted a letter of award from MJC City Development Sdn Bhd for the construction of the main building works for a proposed 17-storey highrise condominium comprising 128 units in Kuching.
The contract sum for the project is said to be approximately RM41.34 million and scheduled to commence in December 2024 and is expected to be completed within a 22-months period.
The group said the project is expected to contribute positively to the earnings from the financial year ending 31 December 2024 onwards.
