We wouldn't blame Trump Media & Technology Group Corp. (NASDAQ:DJT) shareholders if they were a little worried about the fact that Phillip Juhan, the CFO & Treasurer recently netted about US$12m selling shares at an average price of US$31.04. That diminished their holding by a very significant 95%, which arguably implies a strong desire to reallocate capital.

Trump Media & Technology Group Insider Transactions Over The Last Year

Notably, that recent sale by Phillip Juhan is the biggest insider sale of Trump Media & Technology Group shares that we've seen in the last year. While insider selling is a negative, to us, it is more negative if the shares are sold at a lower price. The silver lining is that this sell-down took place above the latest price (US$26.99). So it is hard to draw any strong conclusion from it.
