SIA and Scoot carried a combined 3.3 million passengers.
The Singapore Airlines (SIA) Group saw a 9.2% increase in passenger capacity to 15 million in October 2024, whilst passenger traffic grew by 7.4%.
The group's passenger load factor (PLF) was 1.4 percentage points lower year-on-year (YoY) at 86%, with SIA and Scoot posting monthly PLFs of 86.1% and 85.4%, respectively.
The two airlines carried a combined 3.3 million passengers during the month, up by 7% from a year before.
During the month, Scoot expanded the group's Southeast Asia (SEA) network with the launch of services to Malacca, Malaysia.
Services to Ningbo, China, were suspended in line with Scoot's regular review and optimisation of its network.
At the end of October 2024, the group's passenger network covered 127 destinations in 36 countries and territories.
SIA served 78 destinations, whilst Scoot served 71 destinations.
Meanwhile, cargo loads rose 20.2% on the back of higher peak season shipments and freighter charters, outpacing the 14.3% expansion in cargo capacity.
Consequently, the group's cargo load factor increased by 3 pp to 59.1%.
The cargo network comprised 131 destinations in 37 countries and territories.

SIAは78の目的地にサービスを提供し、スクートは71の目的地にサービスを提供しました。
一方、ピークシーズンの出荷量の増加と貨物船のチャーターを背景に、貨物積載量は 20.2% 増加し、貨物容量の 14.3% の拡大を上回りました。
その結果、グループの貨物積載率は3pp増加して59.1％になりました。
貨物ネットワークは、37の国と地域の131の目的地で構成されていました。
