EA Technique (M) Bhd's wholly owned subsidiary, Libra Perfect Precision Sdn Bhd, has secured three contract extension with Petronas Floating LNG 1 (L) Ltd (PLNG1), worth approximately RM63.9 million.
EA Technique secured a RM41 million contract extension for its tugboat services in September 2024.
This was followed by two additional contract extension for emergency standby vessel services for PLNG1, awarded in October 2024, with a total value of RM22.9 million.
"These contracts, each with a two-year term, commencing this month will provide revenue visibility during the contract period," it said in a statement.
To date, EA Technique's order book stands at RM169.5 million, complemented by optional contracts valued at RM217.2 million.
The robust pipeline provides solid revenue visibility for the coming years, underlining the company's financial resilience and ability to deliver sustained value to its stakeholders.
