Solarvest Holdings Bhd
Solarvest announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Atlantic Blue Sdn. Bhd. had accepted the conditional letter of award awarded by SM01 Sdn. Bhd. in respect of design, engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning. The EPCC entails the construction of a solar photovoltaic energy generating facility with a capacity of 29.99 MWac, located at Mukim Gurun, Daerah Kuala Muda, Negeri Kedah with a value of RM142 million.
SM01 is principally involved in construction of power plants, and operation of Generation facilities that produce electric energy, it has been established as a special purpose vehicle solely to carry out the Project under the Corporate Green Power Programme. Parties to subscribe to shares in SM01 are HSS Engineering, Shizen Malaysia and Solavest Asset Management.
