
TMC Life has informed that the independent domestic inquiry convened to hear the charges set out in the notice of domestic inquiry issued to its suspended Group Chief Executive Officer Puan Nadiah has completed and have found her guilty.
The group that manages Thomson Medical Centre said that upon deliberation by the independent domestic inquiry panel, Puan Nadiah was found to be guilty of all five charges of misconduct leveled against her.
The Board will proceed with the next phase of the disciplinary process and determine the appropriate disciplinary action for Puan Nadiah.
Nadiah Wan, aged 34, was suspended in January this year, she was appointed as Chief Executive Officer of Thomson Hospitals Sdn Bhd and Group Chief Corporate Officer of TMC Life Sciences Berhad on 19 June 2017.
Prior to joining Thomson Hospitals Sdn Bhd and the Company, Ms. Nadiah Wan worked in Sunway Medical Centre as Chief Operating Officer (Clinical Services) after being promoted from Director of Business
