Calgary, Alberta--(Newsfile Corp. - December 11, 2024) - Nu E Power Corp. (CSE: NUE) (OTC Pink: NUEPF) (the "Company" or "Nu E") announces that that it has granted (the "Grant") 965,000 incentive stock options (each, an "Option") to purchase up to 965,000 common shares of the Company (each, a "Share") to directors and officers of the Company under its Stock Option Plan. The Options are exercisable for a period of five years from the date of Grant, expiring on December 11, 2029, at a price of $0.33 per Share, and vest on the grant date.
All Options and the Shares underlying such Options are subject to a hold period of four months and one day from the date of issuance.
