AmBank Group has become the main financier by granting RM 295 million in facilities to BRDB Developments' wholly-owned subsidiary Magna Senandung Sdn. Bhd. for three adjoining plots of freehold commercial land together with the long-vacant 16 storey, Wisma Damansara located along Jalan Semantan, Damansara Heights in Kuala Lumpur.
This latest venture by BRDB is a mixed development comprising a lifestyle retail and commercial podium with a covered link to the Semantan MRT station, along with premium hospitality and service apartment towers above, promising a vibrant and convenient lifestyle.
To date, the Group has a total GDV of RM5 billion worth of on-going developments in Klang Valley and Johor Bahru with the majority achieving a strong take-up rate.
