Kumpulan Kitacon Berhad announced that its wholly owned subsidiary has accepted a Letter of Award from state-owned PKNS for a housing construction work totaling RM60.90 million.
The contract is for the completion of townhouses, clubhouses, and security stations at Cyber Valley 3, Selangor Cyber Valley. The contract will commence on 20 January 2025 and is to be completed within 104 weeks from the commencement date.
