Advancecon Holdings Berhad announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary has been awarded a RM44.6 million contract by Sime Darby Property Sdn Bhd for the construction of main infrastructure works for Phase 3 – Parcels 2 and 3 of the proposed development at Elmina West.
The scope of the contract encompasses comprehensive main infrastructure works, including roads, drainage systems, water reticulation, sewerage, telecommunication, and other essential infrastructure designed to support the long-term growth and sustainability of the Elmina West community. The project is expected to be completed over 18 months, on 1 July 2026.
