Vestland Berhad announced that its unit had accepted a Letter of Award from Sg. Besi Construction Sdn. Bhd to undertake the design and build works for design, approval, construction, completion, testing and commissioning of one block of fifty-nine-storey strata offices and related facilities in KL for RM70 million.
The design and build works to be carried out under the contract comprise the design, approval, construction, completion, testing, and commissioning of one (1) block of fifty-nine (59)-storey strata offices which are to be completed by 2027.
The group said the contract will not affect the issued share capital and substantial shareholders' shareholdings as there is no issuance of new ordinary shares.
