The conflict has no impact on the area of the majority of the historic underground mine workings and the historic drilling at the Apex mine, but does affect the area east of the mine where the historic Diamond Pit and adit are located.

The Company is analyzing this issue further to determine the seriousness of the potential conflict, which is not expected to impact work at the historic Apex mine area.
