Position and P&L FAQ

1. The cost of my position is wrong, how to modify it?

The cost of a position is for reference only. The calculation may not be accurate, particularly after a corporate action or a position transfer takes place. However, such inaccuracies have no impact on your account assets. You can modify your position cost by contacting customer service.

 

2. Why is my Today's P/L under Net Assets on the Account Details page?

If your position generated Today's P/L, but Today's P/L under Net Assets on the Account Details page shows 0

or differs from what you expected, go to Me > Settings > Trade> Position Display, and check if "Show Position with 0 QTY" is on. If it is turned off, the system will not display the P/L of the position. You can turn it on if needed.
