To ensure account security, Moomoo MY does not accept transfers from any bank account holder other than yourself. If you already made a transfer to us from a third party bank account, you may start a refund process in either one of the following ways:
1. Refund to the payer's bank account
2. Deposit the funds into the payer's Moomoo MY account
Please find the detailed instructions below.
1. Go to Accounts > Transfers > Deposit > Bank Transfer, and tap "drop us a message" at the bottom of the page.
2. Tap Someone else's bank account > Return to the payer's bank account.
3. Enter the transfer details.
4. Upload the Proof of Bank Transfer, and tap Next.
5. Enter the payer's bank account information.
6. Upload the Proof of Bank Account, and tap Submit.
Note: Once submitted, a deposit refund request will be processed within 30 days after the funds arrive in Moomoo MY's beneficiary account.
1. Go to Accounts > Transfers > Deposit > Bank Transfer, and tap "drop us a message" at the bottom of the page.
2. Tap Someone else's bank account > Deposit to the payer's moomoo account.
3. Enter the transfer details.
4. Upload the Proof of Bank Transfer.
5. Enter the moomoo User ID of the payer, and tap Submit.
Notes:
● To deposit the funds into the payer's Moomoo MY universal account, please ensure the payer has opened an account with Moomoo MY first. Only a user with an account with Moomoo MY will be able to receive the deposit.
● If all information is correct, the transfer of funds to the payer's Moomoo MY universal account will be processed within 1-2 business days.
