Campaign Eligibility

You are eligible if you do not have a Moomoo MY universal account before 2024/10/25 10:00PM MYT or if you already have a Moomoo MY universal account, but have not made any deposit, or have not participated in any other New User Campaign before 2024/10/25 10:00PM MYT.

To claim the KOL Channel New User exclusive benefits, you need to successfully complete the Tasks within the campaign period.

 

Rewards

Upon completing the tasks that meet the reward criteria, you can get the stock cash coupon worth RM40.

 

Important Note

When making your first deposit, you must fill in the exclusive deposit code to be eligible for the rewards; here is the step to fill in the deposit code:

1. Search for "Exclusive Deposit";

2. Enter the deposit page;

3. Fill in the KOL's Exclusive Deposit Code;

4. Complete the deposit

Successfully opened a Moomoo MY Universal Account, and make a cumulative net deposit of at least RM1,000 into the account by 2024/12/31 09:59PM MYT.

RM20*2 stock cash coupons will be issued and activated immediately after achieving the net deposit of RM1,000. The stock cash coupon will be valid for 90 days from the date of issuance.


How to use stock cash coupons: During the validity period of the coupon, when you place and execute an order that meets the conditions for using the coupon, the coupon will be automatically applied. Upon successful use, you will receive a notification message informing you that the stock cash coupon has been used. The coupon is not directly deducted from the amount of your order; instead, the cashback will be credited to your account within 5 working days after successful use.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q1: After I deposit RM1,000, can I get New User Promotion rewards and KOL bonus rewards at the same time?

Yes, you can. New users who deposit RM1,000 during the campaign period can receive new-user and KOL exclusive rewards at the same time.

Q2: Can I claim the reward by transferring RM1,000/ RM10,000 from other brokerages?

No, you can't. Depositing refers to transferring cash from a bank to your Moomoo MY universal account. Transferring shares is not considered a deposit. If a user transfers RM1,000/ RM10,000 between accounts, it does not meet the requirements of this campaign.

1. The rewards and offers in this campaign/promotion (“Campaign/Promotion”) are provided by Moomoo Securities Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. ("Moomoo MY”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Futu Holdings Limited. By participating in this Campaign/Promotion, you undertake to have carefully read and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Campaign/Promotion (“Terms and Conditions”), as well as the terms and conditions of the existing Client Agreement. 5. You can only open one universal account with Moomoo MY. Moomoo MY does not allow one person to open a universal account on behalf of another person (i.e. non-beneficial owners are not allowed to open accounts). Please do not open the universal account if you are not the ultimate beneficial owner. If your universal account shows signs of fraud, abuse, or suspicious activity, such as the use of multiple accounts or devices, Moomoo MY may, at its sole discretion, confiscate your reward entitlements and limit your opportunities to participate in future campaigns/promotions.

6. Each device, whether mobile or computer, can only receive one set of account opening bonus, deposit bonus and/or referral bonus. The same user can only be invited once. The same moomoo account, the same mobile phone number, and the same device are all regarded as representing the same user.

7.  In Malaysia, the investment products available through the moomoo app are offered by Moomoo MY, a licensed entity registered with Securities Commission Malaysia (“SC”) (License No. eCMSL/A0397/2024). Moomoo MY shall not be responsible for any injury, loss or damage suffered as a result of, or in connection with this Campaign/Promotion and/or redemption or use of the prize/rewards howsoever arising, including but not limited to, fulfilment of the prizes/rewards, any breakdown or malfunction in any computer system or equipment, any notice which is misdirected and/or lost in the post, loss of income, profits or goodwill, direct or indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, punitive or special damages of any party including third parties howsoever arising whether in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise. For the avoidance of doubt, cancellation, suspension or termination by Moomoo MY of this Campaign/Promotion shall not entitle any party to any claim or compensation against Moomoo MY for any and all losses or damage suffered or incurred directly or indirectly resulting therefrom.

10. Any trademarks. Graphic symbols, logos, or intellectual property contained in any materials relating to this Campaign/Promotion, particularly in connection with the rewards/prizes, are the property of their respective owners. Moomoo MY does not provide any financial advice, endorsement or sponsorship of its products or services.

11. This Campaign/Promotion is not eligible to users whose names are on the "Moomoo MY Event Participation Ban List". If a user repeatedly violates safety rules of Moomoo MY, their name will be added to the "Moomoo MY Event Participation Ban List".

12. Should a user not fulfill all the stated conditions of this Campaign/Promotion, Moomoo MY reserves the right to cancel any delivered rewards, including commission-free trading for US/MY stocks, gift stocks, Level 2 US market data, Level 1 MY market data. Commissions and fees will then be charged by Moomoo my as per normal standards.

13. In order to ensure the fairness of the Campaign/Promotion, the Campaign/Promotion may have restrictions on the daily reward distribution limit, the total reward distribution limit, and the upper limit of rewards received by a single user.
