Existing Client: Customers who have deposited funds in Moomoo MY Universal Account before 22/12/2024 11:59PM MYT, and have not previously made any deposits through GXbank on moomoo before registering for this campaign.

 

Rule

Users who deposit through GXbank to moomoo with a one-time transfer amount of ≥RM1,000 and maintain a net deposit of ≥RM1,000 for 15 days will receive a RM5 Grab coupon (Rewards are on a first-come, first-served basis).

 

How do I deposit with GXBank?

① Click "Deposit Now" to go to moomoo's deposit page.

② If you are selecting "GXBank" as your deposit method for the first time, please go through the authorization process.

③ After the authorization is completed, click "Deposit Now" to go to moomoo's deposit page.

④ Enter your deposit amount, click "Submit" and authorise the transaction from your GXBank app.

⑤ Return to moomoo and your funds should be transferred instantly.

 

Reward

1. After the user completes the deposit and maintains a net deposit of ≥RM1,000 within 15 days, a RM5 Grab coupon code will be issued within 7 working days.

2. The Grab coupon code can be viewed in the "My Rewards" section.

3. Rewards are first come, first served basis.

1.  How do I get RM5 Grab coupon?

During the campaign period, users who link their GX account on Moomoo, deposit through GXbank to moomoo with a one-time transfer amount of ≥RM1,000, and maintain a net deposit of ≥RM1,000 for 15 consecutive days can receive a RM5 Grab coupon.

2. How to calculate the net deposit?

Net Deposit Definition: The net deposit is calculated based on the user's successful deposit through their GX account after meeting the required deposit threshold. It is determined as follows: Net deposit = Total deposits after meeting the threshold. - Total withdrawals after meeting the threshold

This includes any stock cash coupons or cash coupons issued to the customer.

Net deposit value is only affected by deposits and withdrawals, not by stock assets. Stock trading activities during the campaign period do not impact the amount value of net deposits.

3. Can I withdraw funds during the 15-day net deposit lock-up period?

Yes, you can. It should be noted that if your withdrawal causes your net deposit to fall below RM1,000 during the lock-up period, it will make you ineligible for the reward.

4. When will the rewards be given out?

The RM5 Grab coupon will be issued within 7 working days after the end of the 15-day net deposit lock up period. Your Grab coupon code can be viewed in the "My Rewards" section.

5. Will trading with the money I deposited affect the unlocking of rewards?

No, it would not. After depositing funds, you are free to trade stocks as long as you maintain the net deposit amount required . Net deposit amount will only be affected if user withdraws money from their account. Fluctuations in the value of your holdings due to market movements will not affect the unlocking of rewards.

6. Am I eligible for the reward by transferring money from other fund-in methods?

No, you must transfer funds to your Moomoo MY universal account using your GX Account as well as meet all eligibility criteria listed above to be eligible for reward.
